Description
Thor Motor Coach is looking for a motivated, technical minded individual to assist us in our front line Warranty Department. The applicant should have first-hand knowledge of the function, installation and repair of motor home systems including but not limited to: slideouts, hydraulics, 110 and 12V electrical, plumbing and overall construction. The applicant should have a good understanding of how these systems function individually as well as how they function together and are affected by one another. The willingness and motivation to explore and research possible repair solutions outside of the office environment is very important as is the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues without the motor home being present. Applicant should also be able to clearly communicate troubleshooting and repair processes to individuals with all levels of motor home experience. Basic computer skills and strong customer service abilities are helpful, but training will be provided.
